Full Dog Grooming in Urbandale
A full groom is a complete haircut and bath, personally planned and guided by Kaylie from start to finish, right here in Urbandale.

What’s included
A full groom covers everything your dog needs for a complete refresh, including full-body cut, bath, blow out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. It’s built as one complete service rather than a menu of things to add on separately, so your dog leaves fully groomed.
Typical breeds
The full groom is the right fit for doodles, poodles, Shih Tzus, cocker spaniels, Yorkies, Maltese, schnauzers, havanese, and cavapoos.

Matted dogs - health over hair
If your dog comes in badly matted, the approach is health over hair. That means humanely removing the unhealthy matted coat first, then building a real grow-out plan to get your dog back to the coat you want, rather than ripping through mats just to preserve length. A heavily matted coat traps moisture and irritation against the skin, and it isn’t safe to leave in place for the sake of appearance. A shave-down isn’t the end of the story, it’s the start of a plan.
